KAYLA is a luxury bridal makeup artist offering on-location services to modern brides who value looking absolutely flawless on their wedding day. KAYLA KOLLECTION ARTISTRY serves local Seattle based brides as well as destination weddings. With 19 years of experience as a professional makeup artist, Kayla brings a unique sense of style, grace and artistry to her work. Being a well rounded artist, she is inspired by all genres of makeup and is most passionate about creating flawless bridal looks. Through her ongoing investment to elevating her craft, she has mastered the ability to bring out all of your best features while erasing every little flaw until you are bridal PERFECTION! Her main objection always being the production of a flawless, radiant look which enhances and compliments each client's individual style.

Whether you have been dreaming of your wedding day makeup since before you can remember or are totally terrified by the whole idea, I’m here to help! Before we ever meet for your trial run, we will chat about your wedding day vision. This allows us to get on the same page as to what you want your makeup to look like. Once I finally get to meet you, we will chat and get to know each other (I’m super sappy and love hearing all the mushy details about how you two met and the proposal!) while you sit back and relax as I fine tune the wedding day makeup look of your dreams. This is where the magic happens!

To make your wedding day look unique to you, I’ll blend the perfect lip color to compliment your vision and custom fit and design a set of gorgeous false lashes. I invite you to have ready a photo of your dress and veil, any special jewelry pieces as well as makeup inspiration photos. This allows me to invision the complete look and gets my creativity flowing.

Once we’ve finalized your perfect look, then we collaborate on the design for your bridal party. It’s very important that everyone in your bridal party (including the Moms!) looks cohesive and photo ready. Their look should be soft and pretty to subtly compliment yours. Based on your desires, I’ll decide on a color palette for the bridal party and customize their looks to harmonize with their unique skin tones. Often once a bride has completed her trial run, I hear “well that was easy!” And every time I smile from ear to ear, because that is exactly why I created Kayla Kollection Artistry. Stress-free and filled with love, I pour my heart and soul into each bride I have the honor of working with.

Finally, your big day! I’ll arrive on location to set up with a comfortable makeup chair and professional lighting. I’ll start with the first person on your timeline and work my way up to you (the Bride usually goes last so your makeup is extra fresh). This day is all about YOU, so whether you want your getting ready process to be zen and peaceful or a morning filled with music and champagne, I’m here for it and I’m here for you!
